By accessing or using VentureForge Institute's services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants, visitors, and users of our website and programs.

If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using our services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications we make to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use our services and enroll in our programs, you must:

• • Be at least 18 years of age, or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• • Provide accurate and complete registration information
• • Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions
• • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

3. User Obligations and Conduct

3.1 General Conduct

As a participant in our programs, you agree to:

• • Attend scheduled sessions and complete assignments within designated timeframes
• • Actively participate in program activities and engage constructively with learning materials
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You expressly agree not to:

• • Engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• • Share or distribute program materials without explicit written permission
• • Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or business information
• • Attempt to disrupt program activities or platform functionality
• • Use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes
• • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of VentureForge Institute or others
• • Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account

4. Payment Terms and Financial Obligations

4.1 Program Fees

All program fees are quoted in ese Yen and are subject to the following terms:

• • Fees must be paid in full according to the payment schedule provided at enrollment
• • Payment is due before the program start date unless a payment plan has been agreed upon
• • Late payments may result in suspension of access to program materials and activities
• • All fees are non-transferable to other individuals or programs

4.2 Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is structured as follows:

• • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus a ¥15,000 administrative fee
• • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the start date receive a 50% refund
• • No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date
• • No refunds are available once a program has commenced

Refunds are processed within 30 business days from the date of approval. In cases of exceptional hardship, we may consider alternative arrangements at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties

5.1 No Guarantee of Results

VentureForge Institute provides educational services and entrepreneurship training. We explicitly disclaim any guarantees regarding:

• • Business success, revenue generation, or profitability outcomes
• • Securing funding or investment for your venture
• • Market validation or customer acquisition
• • Specific financial or business milestones

5.2 Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content
• • Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery
• • Correction of defects or errors

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VentureForge Institute, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data
• • Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• • Damages arising from business decisions made based on program content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VentureForge Institute and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• • Your use or misuse of our services
• • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• • Your business activities conducted independently of our programs
• • Any breach of applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property Protection

8.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in our course materials, content, frameworks, methodologies, trademarks, and branding remain the exclusive property of VentureForge Institute.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our materials solely for your personal educational purposes during your enrollment period.

8.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials to third parties
• • Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our content
• • Use our materials for commercial training or consulting purposes
• • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged in writing by us.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and VentureForge Institute concerning your use of our services.

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes:
